Returns and Exchanges
We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase! However, we understand that sometimes a customer may want to send something back. That’s OK!
Buyer’s remorse? Once you receive an item, you will have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it, no questions asked, for a full refund of the purchase price. All returned items must be unopened and un-played. Buyers wishing to return merchandise should Contact Us. An authorization form will be issued via email, as well as the ship-to address for the return. The buyer pays the return shipping costs. Once a return item is received by Grumpy Turtle Games and can be returned back to inventory, the buyer will receive a confirmation email and refund.
Damage? We do our best to inspect all merchandise for damages prior to shipping, within the scope of our ability. However, if a buyer receives damaged merchandise upon arrival, they may return the product for a full refund within 48 hours of receipt by filling out a Contact Us form. In the case of a damaged item claim, an authorization form will be issued via email, as well as the ship-to address for the return. The buyer pays the return shipping costs. Once a return item is received by RPG Supply Store and inspected for damage, a replacement item will be shipped out to the buyer at NO COST. In the event there is no replacement item available at the time, the buyer will be contacted via email to see if an alternative product of equal value can be offered, or to give the buyer the option to wait for a replacement product to be ordered.
Shipping
Customers have the option of having their order shipped via USPS or UPS. The cart will automatically choose the lowest shipping option. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of in-stock items. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout, and a tracking number will be issued via email when the carrier accepts the package. Please note, long items—e.g. gaming mats, rolls of gaming paper—that are ordered along with in-stock small items—e.g. dice, minis–will be shipped the same day, however in a separate package. Shipping charges will be calculated for each package sent.
