In the event we are able to acquire an item on the customer’s behalf, the customer will be invoiced for the cost of the item via PayPal. Once the payment is received, the item will be ordered. We offer FREE SHIPPING on Special Request item purchases over $30.00. In the event the item cost is less than $30.00, the customer will be billed via PayPal for the shipping cost once the product is received. All items will be shipped via USPS, and a shipping confirmation email and tracking information will be issued once the package is accepted by the carrier.
